Full Offsite
Full offsite plan implies that all the project activities (including business analysis, requirements, collection, etc.) are performed remotely.
Both parties stay at their locations and we communicate by means of phone, video conference, instant messengers, emails, etc.

Advantages:
Lower costs. No extra traveling and accommodation costs.
Less time. Usually, it takes time to organize visits to the customer's site.

Disadvantages:
No direct access to target organization.
Face-to-face communication is not available.
Less total time of communication.
Possible time difference between countries.
Therefore, taking into account advantages and disadvantages, we
recommend full offsite plan for small- and medium-sized projects, where requirements are quite clear and target organization does not require deep analysis.
This plan is suitable for most small- and medium-sized projects.

Part offsite
In addition to the full offsite plan, we offer a part-offsite plan. This means part of the project activities can be performed at the customer's site. Typically, onsite work is reasonable in the initial stages of the project - initiation and requirements collection. Our specialists, IT analysts and business analysts work in close cooperation with you, our customer, at your site.

Advantages:
Ability to thoroughly analyze the target organization and collect business requirements.
Face-to-face communication advantages are fully employed.

Disadvantages:
Travel and accommodation costs.
The plan must be suitable for the projects. Where the requirements are not clear, a target organization analysis is required.
We recommend part onsite activities for bigger projects.

Multi-site projects
Aliens is experienced in developing projects in cooperation with customer's development team. It may happen that you have your own development team and would like to outsource only a part of the project. We have experience and methodology of organizing and developing multi-site projects.
